Terms of Service

GoTools is a free set of travel-planning tools, offered as-is to help you plan — not to make decisions for you.

1. Acceptance

By using GoTools (“the Service”), operated by Playology Entertainment (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What GoTools is

GoTools is a free, browser-based collection of travel-planning utilities (packing lists, budgets, itineraries, currency and visa references, and similar). It runs in your browser and requires no account. Optional features let you sign in with Google to sync your data to your own Google Drive; these are conveniences and are never required.

3. Informational use only — verify before you rely

The tools provide estimates, comparisons, and general reference information. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, immigration, or safety advice. Prices, exchange rates, visa and entry rules, health requirements, driving rules, and similar information change frequently and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Always confirm important details with official sources — airlines, governments, embassies, insurers, and other authoritative providers — before making bookings or travel decisions. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

4. Your data and responsibilities

Data you enter is stored in your own browser, and — if you opt in — in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for your device, your browser, and your Google account.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it (for example, attempting to disrupt it, or using it to infringe others’ rights).
If you share a trip link with others, you are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom.

5. Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with third parties (for example, Google Drive for optional sync, or public data providers used by individual tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any information is correct, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playology Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, missed connections, denied entry, financial loss, or other harm arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is free, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.

8. Changes

We may update or discontinue the Service, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
